08.30 – 09.00: Viet Dragon Cruise’s guide and bus will pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter or the meeting point. We will take 2.5 hour – transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay on the expressway. The short transfer on the nice expressway will be comfortable as it is not too long like the normal road which take about 3.5 hours and this will give you more time on our cruise to enjoy Halong Bay trip more.
12.0 – 12.15: You will arrive at Tuan Chau Pier. Hop on our day cruise with a brief introduction about our cruise and you will enjoy your lunch on Viet Dragon Cruise with Vietnamese cuisine while cruising among thousands of limestone mountains with different shapes and names; Incense burner, fighting cocks, Dog Rock.
13.30 – 14.00: Get off the Viet Dragon Cruise and we will visit Amazing Cave or Sung Sot Cave in Vietnamese. This is the biggest cave in Halong Bay and we can say it is the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. The cave was irst discovered by the French in 1901. You will take the easy hiking in the cave where there are a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with the different shapes and they are named after their shapes. There are Kissing Rock, Bear Rock, Amazing Rock, Dragon Rock…ect.
After visiting the Amazing Cave, you will get back to Viet Dragon Cruise for cruising to the Luon Cave Area for kayaking or sampan boat. If you like kayaking and this will be an amazing activity for you as you can kayak in one of the most beautiful places in the world. You will kayak through the Luon Cave and among the beautiful mountains to the lagoon. There is a nice view inside and there is a chance for seeing a group of monkeys there. If you do not wish to kayak on your own you can just relax on the sampan boat rowed by the local people there. Take your time for taking photos.
15.45 – 16.00: Viet Dragon Cruise will bring you to the famous Titov Island where President Ho Chi Minh and astronaut Ghermann Titov, a hero of the former Soviet Union visited the island then the name of the island was named after this astronaut. There are 2 options you can do there. You can do swimming on the nice beach or you can do hiking to the top of the mountain for taking the photos with a panorama view of Halong Bay.
17.00- 17.30: Enjoy the tea break on the sundeck and you will have a beautiful time on the Viet Dragon boat with sunset.
17.30 – 17.45: Say goodbye to Viet Dragon Cruise and get back to the harbor for going back to Hanoi. 20.0—20.30: Arrive at your hotel in the Old Quarter. End of trip. Viet Dragon Cruise hopes you have a good trip and see you again.
