Activities: Visit Cai Be Floating Market. Experience the local life in the Mekong Delta, and then transfer to Can Tho.

Today, we will have one day to explore the unique life of local people in the Mekong Delta. After breakfast in the hotel, our guide will pick you up to head to the Cai Be Floating Market - the first stop on our journey exploring the beauty of Mekong Delta. Cai Be Floating Market is one of the best-known and oldest floating markets in the western region of southern Vietnam for. From early morning, you can see many vendors on wooden boats with a great variety of vegetables, and food. Locals often tie a sample of each of their products to tall poles so that potential buyers can see easily which products they offer. This system is a unique feature of this distinctive market.
We will then continue on foot to at a local workshop to learn more about how to make rice paste, coconut candy, and pop-rice. Also, you will visit a nearby village nearby to see how craftmen make rice-net for spring rolls, fish sauce, and soya sauce, cooking salt, weave coconut-leaves for cottage roofs.
Have lunch here consisting of delicious local dishes.
In the afternoon, we will travel around with a row boat to have a closer look at traditional wooden houses, a variety water coconut trees, as well as observing daily life of the local's population in the Mekong Delta like picking fruit or fishing. If you want, we can stop to visit a nursery garden in which many kinds of young fruit trees are cultivated. You can learn how the Mekong Delta produces world famous fruit and vegetables.

Activities: Experience the local life of the farmers and learn how to cook Banh Xeo (pancake).
Start your tour in Hoi An today to the Tra Que Farming Village.
Your private guide will pick you up with bicycles after having breakfast in the hotel. We will take an easy cycling to a local farm in Tra Que Village. It will take about 30 minutes to get there. We will cycle around the vegetable garden and you can help the farmers prepare the land and fertilize it with seaweed from the local lake. With their help, you can rake the ground, sow, water, pick vegetables and do many other gardening activities.
Take a short rest before preparing lunch with a local family.
You will have a chance to enjoy some delicious local dishes including spring roll and Banhxeo (a local pancake from Central- Vietnam middle region). You can learn how to cook the recipes if you wish, as it could be fun to repeat the meal when you are back home.

Today, you will have a full day Hanoi City Tour with your personal guide to explore Vietnam’s lovely capital. At 8.30am, our tour guide will pick you up to head to Ho Chi Minh Complex - the most solemn place in Hanoi. The complex consists of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday, from October through November annually), the Ba Dinh Square, the Ho Chi Minh's House on Stilts and the 11th century One Pillar Pagoda – A tranquil garden of Hanoi), and the Presidential Palace.
After that, we will have a chance to explore the first university of Vietnam - the thousand-year-old Temple of Literature. Every year thousands of candidates coming here praying for good luck in the university entrance exam.
Have lunch at a local restaurant to get energy for our afternoon trip.

Today we will have a trip to Cao Bang which is closed to Vietnam's Northern border with China. We will visit Phuoc Sen Village - a small village famous for the production of farming tools. Villagers are Nung people and they farm the terraced rice paddies for their living. When you come to Ban Gioc Waterfall, you will see the beauty of those paddies as well as the majestic waterfalls between Vietnam's and China's border. Let's relax and take some beautiful photos when you enjoy the sublime atmosphere of magnificent waterfalls.
Then we will move to Nguom Ngao cave (also called "Tiger Cave") - a masterpiece in stone before going back to Cao Bang for having dinner.

There is not much traffic on this road, so you can have a chance to enjoy some peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
