08.00 AM: Our tour guide will pick you up with bicycles to travel around to enjoy the scenic and peaceful countryside of Vietnam, which is far away from the noise of the city.
Passing through the town, we will cycle among rice fields on the tranquil roads. We will stop to see Ba Le market, rice fields, cemeteries and schools... before reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau water coconut forest. The forest is the hiding place of people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, this is famous for the diversity of seafood with 7 hectares of mangrove forest, canals, and houses covered in water coconut leaf.
When we arrive, our host and his family will be very glad to welcome you with a green tea. After that, you will be free to walk around to explore more about this village.
With the help of the locals, you can row a boat and learn how to fish in the water coconut forest.
Turning back to the host’s house, we will help them to prepare dinner for all. There are some special dishes that you may have never tasted before such as Tam Huu spring rolls, Banh Xeo (local pancakes), grilled fish in banana leaf, and many other Vietnamese delicacies. If you are interested in, you can learn how to cook it.
Have lunch then you will say goodbye to the host. Go back to your hotel by bus for free time and stay overnight in Hoi An.
Note: In the late afternoon you may enjoy the time on the beach or swimming pool and in the evening you can go to Hoi An Town for food and walking around. That is the charming town.

Temple of Literature Hanoi
Activities: Explore the capital city and visit its historical sites of Ho Chi Minh Complex, Temple of Literature, one of the local museums and the Old Quarter. Sample the street food in Hanoi.
After breakfast, you will embark on a city tour of the vibrant Hanoi, starting with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday, every afternoon and from late September until the end December), you will notice the long queues of visitors from all around Vietnam coming to express their admiration and gratitude towards President Ho Chi Minh. From there, stroll around the surrounding areas of the complex to explore the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh's House on Stilts where he lived when working in Hanoi, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Leaving the resting place of President Ho Chi Minh, we continue to visit the picturesque 11th century Temple of Literature (Van Mieu- Quoc Tu Giam), which was the site of Vietnam’s first university.

This afternoon, you may make your own choice to discover one of the museums in Hanoi like Hoa Lo Prison Museum (widely known as Hanoi Hilton by American pilots in the war) or the Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday) to learn more of our history from their impressive exhibitions.
Hop in your car to drive to Hanoi Old Quarter. Wander through the different streets to see the variety of shopping possibilities along with specialties of this region. You will also have the chance to taste Hanoi street food in the small restaurants, even in hidden alleys or sidewalks and learn how the traditional dishes are made and how to enjoy them as locals do.

Halong Bay
Activities: Set off through the countryside toward Halong Bay, one of New Seven Wonders of Nature, and embark on an overnight cruise.
Today will be a highlight of your 11 day itinerary in Vietnam. You will have 1 night on Halong Bay cruise - one of the Natural World Wonder.
After breakfast, we will depart the city, passing through the Red River Delta countryside, the daily rural life of Vietnamese farmers with rice fields and water buffaloes. The 3.5-hour drive brings you the world-famous Halong Bay. Then, you will board a traditional wooden junk boat for a dreamy cruise around the magnificent and magical limestone mountain islands. After the welcome drink and check-in formalities, you will have a stunning local seafood lunch onboard while the boat sails off further into the bay.
After lunch, the boat will stop at an island where you may join some different activities such as climbing to the summit for a panoramic view of Halong Bay or swimming in the emerald water. Based on your interest, you may stay onboard and go to the sundeck to enjoy the tranquility of the bay and take beautiful photos. Next, you will kayak among the hidden areas of the bay. Coming back to the boat, you can enjoy cocktails & watch the sunset over the bay before having a lavish dinner in the dinning room. In the evening, you may socialize with other guests while enjoying some good drinks. Another option is to try your luck at joining the guide and crew to fish for squid. Afterwards, return to your cabin for a good night’s sleep.

Activities: Explore the limestone cave, say goodbye to Halong Bay, then take the transfer back to Hanoi.

That will be a very nice time for your trip for relaxing. Proceed to explore one of the gorgeous caves in Halong Bay and then back on board for a final glimpse of this UNESCO World Heritage Site while cruising back to the dock. Disembark and get on the bus to go back to Hanoi. You will then have free time on your 11 day itinerary in Vietnam. Stay overnight stay in Hanoi.
