Today is a full day to discover the highlights of Hanoi. The guide and driver will meet you at your hotel in the morning.

The first stop is the Ho Chi Minh Complex, a meaningful place where you can learn about Vietnam’s great leader. The visit includes the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the traditional Stilt House, the Presidential Palace, and the historic One Pillar Pagoda nearby.

Next, continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, built in the 11th century and dedicated to Confucius.

In the afternoon, the tour moves to the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, located about 8 km from the city center. This museum showcases the culture and daily life of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups through thousands of well-preserved artifacts and outdoor exhibits about Vietnamese and Southeast Asian ethnic communities.

Later in the day, enjoy a walking tour around Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. This 36 ancient streets area combines old-world charm with the busy pace of modern life with full of local food stalls, handmade goods, and traditional shops.

The tour starts at 8:00 AM. The guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel and begin the scenic drive to Mai Chau.

Around 11:00 AM, we’ll make a short stop at a local market and Thung Khe Pass, one of Vietnam’s most picturesque mountain passes. Here, visitors often taste local specialties such as boiled corn and grilled eggs, and interact with Muong ethnic people.

Upon arrival in Mai Chau, enjoy some time to relax. Then, we join a local White Thai family for a traditional lunch and experience their warm hospitality.

In the afternoon, you can explore the peaceful countryside by bicycle or on foot. Pass through quiet village lanes, lush rice fields, and charming houses on stilts. The journey includes visits to Pom Coong and Na Phon villages, where you can learn more about the daily life and culture of the Thai ethnic group.

Later in the day, we transfer to Pu Luong and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, the driver and tour guide will take you through a scenic mountain pass into Pu Luong Nature Reserve. This road offers a beautiful panoramic view of the valley.

You will arrive at Don Village, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The retreat offers a stunning view of the green hills and quiet countryside.

In the afternoon, the guide will take you to a bridge over the Cham River. From there, you will walk along the river to see the bamboo water wheels. These handmade tools show how the local people move water from the river to their fields.

At a local fisherman’s house, the host will welcome you for a short break. After that, the fisherman will guide you on a bamboo rafting trip along the calm river. You will learn how to paddle and enjoy the peaceful scenery around you.

In the late afternoon, the driver will take you to Ninh Binh, where you will check in and stay overnight.

After breakfast at the hotel, the tour guide and driver will pick you up for a day trip in Ninh Binh.

The first stop is Hoa Lu, the former Royal Capital of Vietnam. You will visit the temples of King Dinh and King Le and admire their traditional architecture.

Note: Please wear respectful clothing when visiting religious sites.

Next, the tour continues with a peaceful boat trip in Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Local people will row the boat through caves and along a calm river. Along the way, you will see tall limestone mountains, lush greenery, and beautiful rock formations.

After the boat ride, you will visit Mua Cave, known for its panoramic view of the countryside. You can climb 486 stone steps to reach the top of Mua Mountain and enjoy the stunning scenery.

In the afternoon, the driver will take you back to Hanoi, arriving around 4:00 PM.

12:00 - 12:30: A tender boat transfers you to the V’Spirit Cruise. The crew welcomes you with a drink and provides a safety briefing.

13:00: You have lunch at The Dawn Restaurant while cruising through Halong Bay and into the peaceful Lan Ha Bay.

14:45: You go kayaking in the Tra Bau area to get closer to the limestone islands. If the weather allows, you may see a hidden temple used by local fishermen.

11:00: You disembark at the harbor.

15:00: The shared limousine bus drops you off at a hotel near the Hanoi train station for freshening up. Afterward, your guide escorts you to the station and helps you check in for the night train to Dong Hoi.

06:05: Our guide picks you up at Dong Hoi Train Station.

You travel directly to Paradise Cave, one of the most stunning caves in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. You will explore the longest dry cave in Asia and admire its beautiful rock formations and vast chambers.

After that, you continue to Phong Nha Cave, located about 50 km from Dong Hoi. The drive takes around 45 minutes.

You take a 25-minute boat ride on the Son River to reach the cave entrance. Then you spend about two hours discovering the cave. Phong Nha is known as a water cave and is famous for its amazing stalactites and stalagmites, with rock formations named “the Lion,” “the Fairy Caves,” “the Royal Court,” and “the Buddha.”

16:00 – 17:00: The tour ends and our guide takes you back to your hotel in Dong Hoi.

8:30 AM: Our guide and driver pick you up at your hotel in Dong Hoi. You start the drive to Hue for a full-day city tour. This journey brings many interesting experiences.

You first visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest and most beautiful pagodas in Hue. The fresh air from the Perfume River makes you feel relaxed.

Then you visit the Hue Imperial Citadel, where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled Vietnam. You explore the ancient palaces, gates, and royal structures.

Next, you stop at the Hue Royal Antiques Museum, which displays valuable artifacts from the Nguyen Dynasty.

After that, you head to Dong Ba Market, the busiest market in Hue. Here you can see how locals shop and you have the chance to buy souvenirs.

You take a short rest before continuing to visit royal tombs.

You visit Khai Dinh King’s Tomb, which shows a unique blend of Western and Eastern architecture.

On the way back, you stop at the Conical Hat Village and Incense Stick Village. At these local houses, you can see how people make traditional conical hats and incense sticks.

Our guide then takes you to your hotel in Hue for an overnight stay.

09:15: You transfer to Cam Thanh Village by car or boat. Along the way, you enjoy peaceful countryside views with coconut trees along the water.

You take a basket boat ride through the coconut jungle and experience a fun, local activity.

11:00: You arrive at the restaurant, enjoy a welcome drink, and take a short rest. Then you join a cooking class, where the chef teaches you how to prepare some popular Vietnamese dishes.

After the class, you enjoy the delicious food you’ve made.

In the afternoon, you explore Hoi An Ancient Town on foot. Walking through the narrow streets is one of the best ways to enjoy the charm of this peaceful town.

You visit the Hoi An Museum, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and several ancient houses with a mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese architectural styles.

These historic homes reflect Hoi An’s multicultural past, when traders from different countries settled and built businesses here.

You also see how Eastern and Western architecture blend in this unique town.

Next, you take the second cable car to reach the French Village, where you can enjoy street music, admire art statues, and visit iconic places such as the Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, Linh Phong Monastery, Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple, and the Tru Vu Tea Shop.

You can also try the exciting Tube Car slide ride (free of charge) for a fun adventure.

After that, you spend time at Fantasy Park, a large indoor entertainment complex. Here you can:

You then visit the iconic Golden Bridge, one of the most photographed landmarks in Vietnam. The bridge, held up by two giant stone hands, is 3 meters wide, made with 5-cm-thick wooden planks, and features Queen Green flowers along its edges. The stainless-steel gilt railing adds to its stunning design.

15:00: You take the cable car back down and leave Ba Na Hills.

08:30 AM: Your guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel and depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels, located about one and a half hours from Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you will watch a short introductory video to learn how the tunnels were constructed and how people managed to survive in the harsh wartime conditions.

After the video, you will explore the remaining tunnel system. This underground network features specially designed living quarters with kitchens, sleeping areas, storage rooms, weapon-making facilities, field hospitals, and command centers. You will also see various hidden trapdoors and clever booby traps that were used to protect the tunnels during the war.

There will be a short break for you to rest or, if you wish, to try real shooting at the nearby gun range (optional, at your own expense).

After visiting the tunnels, you will return to Ho Chi Minh City to begin the city tour. You will visit some of the most iconic historical landmarks of the former French colonial capital, including the Independence Palace, the Old Saigon Post Office, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Opera House, and the famous Ben Thanh Market, where you can browse for souvenirs and local specialties.

After the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel for an overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Upon arrival, you will visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, a beautiful Buddhist temple built in the late 19th century. After the visit, you will board a motorized sampan to cruise along the river, passing by the four legendary islets named Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise.

You will make a stop at Unicorn Island, where you can take a leisurely walk along quiet village paths surrounded by lush orchards. Here, you will enjoy tasting seasonal tropical fruits while listening to traditional folk music performed by local residents. The visit continues with a walk through a fruit plantation.

Next, you will ride a hand-rowed sampan through the peaceful Thoi Son canal. This scenic journey gives you the opportunity to admire the beauty of the countryside. Along the way, you will visit a local family business, explore a honeybee farm, sip honey tea, and learn how coconut candy is made at a small workshop.

In the afternoon, you will have time to cycle around Tan Thach Village, where you can meet and chat with local villagers to get a feel for daily life in the Mekong Delta. For those who prefer to relax, you can unwind in a hammock and enjoy the cool breeze under the shade of the trees.
