AustraliaPre-COVID we booked this 16 day tour, but had had to wait 3 years before we could embark on it. Throughout that time, Ms Gam, from Incredible Asia Tours, remained in touch and refined details as the situation evolved. I wholeheartedly recommend the integrity and flexibility of this company. There were 7 women in our group, and our various needs and requirements were met at every stage. We trekked, cycled, and went sightseeing from Hanoi to the Sapa Hills, then to Mai Hich, Puluong, and back to Hanoi. The Hotels & Homestays were excellent. Food was superb throughout. Our guides were sensitive, well prepared & knowledgeable. Thank you sincerely for providing an unforgettable experience.
