Overview

Alisa – the Princess of the Ocean – Expect More Than A Cruise! Alisa Cruises began with a vision in 2016 to provide a new, different kind of service than what was on offer at the time. We fostered a connection among people on our cruises while providing 5-star services to everyone on board. Everywhere that Alisa goes, we bring luxury worthy of a princess, for which the company is named.

Everything we do at Alisa Premier Cruise is to facilitate a greater connection between customers and staff; we commit to providing the highest quality service and acknowledge that the needs of the customer should be put first.

We consider ourselves to have a dual responsibility towards society and the environment and the way we conduct ourselves on and off the ship reflects this. We are devoted to keeping the trust that customers continuously place in us and are constantly inspired to be the best cruise in Halong Bay that we can be.

14:00 We will pass by the Cua Van area with its floating village and wealth of caves, including Tien Ong Cave, Ho-Dong Tien cave, Trong Cave and Luon cave.  Day 2: Ha Long Bay - Kayaking full day (B/L/D)

06:30 Tai Chi on the upper deck is the perfect start to the day for early risers. Hot beverages, juices and pastries will be served in the restaurant as we watch the sunrise behind the towering rock formations.

08:30 – 10:00 We have two morning activities near Luon Cave. Here you can choose between kayaking yourself or being rowed in a bamboo boat by a local worker.

10:30 We set sail for Cua Van Fishing Village for another relaxing kayaking session. Look out for the iconic Stone Dog Islet on the way.

12:30 After kayaking, you will return to the boat where a freshly-made seafood lunch awaits you.

13:30 Lunch will be followed by a visit to the Ho-Dong Tien area with its cave and lake surrounded by mountains. This is a secluded area where you can kayak.

16:30 Once you get back to the Alisa Cruise, we will have happy hour offers available on all drinks. Relax for a while until our chef comes out for another cooking lesson, again teaching us how to make one of the many staple dishes of Vietnamese cuisine.

19:30 Enjoy your final dinner aboard the Alisa Cruise as the sun sets on another magical day in the bay. After dinner, you have another night at your own leisure. We have movies and board games available.

"Amazing Halong Bay cruise! Alisa Premier Cruise is the best one"

Alisa Premier Cruise

We spent 3D2N for our first time to visit Halong Bay. We also travelled during new year time. What a perfect cruise. Thank you Ms. Anna for her help on our process to book this cruise. She helped to resolve all of my enquiry. The first impression was that Alisa Cruise Ship was luxurious and very clean. Get on our cabin, it was spacious with a balcony. The bed was comfortable, too. I loved the way to sitting at the balcony, enjoy some drinks and watch the views of Halong Bay with beautiful rock islets. I must say that it was REAL rock formations, very close to me. Thank you for the birthday cake in the dinner and amazing food. The crews were fantastic and always willing to help us with anything. I appreciated their enthusiasm & friendliness. I would like to say thanks so much to James, Jonny and Whiskey. Thanks for all!

"Great cruise – Alisa Cruises"

Alisa Premier Cruise

I booked this cruise through Booking. Ms. Anna Pham helped me to confirm my booking with Alisa Cruise. She was a helpful woman, and also helped me to arrange the transfer from our hotel in Hanoi to Tuan Chau Marina. Alisa Cruise was great. The cabin was clean and the food was delicious. This was a great tour. We visited Amazing Cave, climbed up to Titov Mountain. From there, we could see the spectacular views of Halong Bay. The tour guide was great and helpful. Everything was okay until we back to Hanoi by a luxury Limousine minivan.

"Great time with Alisa Premier Cruise. Thanks Nancy!"

Alisa Premier Cruise

I felt that I was lucky enough to choose Alisa Premier Cruise for the cruise in Halong Bay. Nicest experience we had during the trip in Vietnam. Everything was great: delicious meals, polite & friendly staffs. The thing I liked most was our comfortable cabin, actual 5-star services with Alisa Cruise. Special thanks to Nancy – our tour guide & our friend on the cruise. She always took care on us during the cruise. Highly recommend Alisa Cruise.

"Excellent 2 Days 1 Night with Alisa Premier Cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Nancy was a great supporter. Thank you. We had joined a very clean cruise ship with clean en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi. One breakfast, one dinner and two lunches were very good. The activities were well placed and fun. Staffs were warmly-welcomed us and also hospitable and gave much help. Only one recommendation is to arrange a card on the dinner table that the drinks are charged. I understand that this is included in the brochure, but much better if we have one on the table.

"Amazing 3D2N trip with Alisa Premier Cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

My husband and I have joined 3D2N itinerary with Alisa Cruise 2 (Premier Cruise) during Christmas holiday. What a wonderful cruise ship! From the beginning to the end of the itinerary, the crews are always helpful and nice. We love the private balcony on our comfortable cabin. We have been picked up by a Limousine bus from Hanoi to Tuan Chau Marina and return. This bus is better than other ones we had joined. The booking process was easy and quick with Anna. She answered all of my inquiry and helped us to arrange what we need for this trip. Great support. I would like to recommend this cruise.

"Wonderful trip and excellent team in Alisa Premier Cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Booking 2D1N with Alisa Premier Cruise is the best choice I have made for the trip to Hanoi, Vietnam. I love the scenery of Halong Bay. So beautiful. My daughter loves Alisa Cruise and enjoys this much. She loves the food, esp BBQ dinner. The team onboard are every professional and make me feel that they are passionate with their job. All of us have fun on the cruise. We also are offered a birthday cake surprisingly. Thank you Alex, Jack and your wonderful team.

"Halong bay cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Very good experience, the staff is very attentive and friendly. Our guide was "Robert" a very nice and friendly boy. My cabin was very good, with private balcony. No doubt the kayak was the best activity. There are some things to improve as are the times between the activities, it is a bit stressful, you hardly have time between the activities/meals and instead the check-in times. Then waiting for the return bus is very long. And I would have liked to see the bay more, to navigate between more islands. Recommended Alisa Premier Cruise

"Excellent 2 day tour cruising"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Our experience in Alisa Cruise has been amazing, especially due to the staff of the boat who made this cruise the best to book for in Halong Bay. Firstly, we got a luxury bus fully equipped with private seats, USB charger and air conditioner. It was such a long ride (3,5 hours) but we felt really comfortable. When you board the ship you will be greeted by friendly staffs with a welcome drink. The itinerary was packed full with a variety of events each with 2 options. One option was for the more adventurous types and the second option was for the more leisurely type of people. Breaks were scheduled all throughout out the day. The activities are good and you don’t have time to get bored as there are many options that you can do in the cruise. The food is pretty good as well, and it is a buffet so you can eat the amount you want. They have enough food to fill you up, family friendly events and then happy hour after everyone goes to bed. I would highly recommend this cruise

"3 days luxury cruise in Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

We booked our 3D2N cruise trip with Alisa Cruise through their website and immediately got a quote along with their promotions. Halong Bay was beautiful and being on the calm water surrounded by those mini-islands for a couple of days was so peaceful. The cruise was probably one of the best-looking and newest cruises on the Bay. Everything was very nice and clean on-board and service was great. Our room was really nice. It was large and the only room with a balcony large enough to fit table and chairs. Bed was comfy, sound proofed enough to block out the music at night, good AC, nice and clean with a bath and shower. Everything else was also great: the weather, the food, the activities … We really enjoyed every detail of the trip. Highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking for a luxury trip in Halong.

"Incredible 3 day trip in Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

My boyfriend and I travelled on the 3 day 2 night cruise with Alisa Premier Cruise and everything was perfect. The shuttle bus limousine was nice with free Wi-Fi all the way and funny driver who made the 3.5 hour drive shorter. The ship staffs were lovely, enthusiastic and cheerful. Food and drinks onboard exceeded our expectation, very tasty. The activities were quite fun and well organized. Our cabin was nice with balcony and view to the ocean. We had interconnecting balcony rooms to accommodate teenage children. The Alisa Premier Cruise is definitely one of the best on Halong Bay. We were really happy with this trip and would like to send a big thanks to the crew members who made our trip so special.

"Exceptional 2 day 1 night cruise in Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

We were recommended this exceptional trip by our hotel receptionist and it was one of the best cruise I’ve taken. We were treated very well from start to finish. The luxury limousine car was very comfortable and convenient. Arriving at the cruise, we were blown away by the personal details such as a beautiful bouquet of roses to celebrate our honeymoon. The cruise members were super attentive and helpful, made everyone on board feel at ease. The food was fantastic with huge portion. Activities were perfectly organized with hiking and kayaking, swimming and we still got time to relax. I’m sure that most of these cruises would be much the same sort of itinerary in the short time available but looking back what made it amazing for us was the hospitality of the crew. All of these things made my trip unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Alisa Cruise!

"Awesome cruise to explore Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

My wife booked this Halong Bay 2 day cruise directly with the company. Booking process was fast and easy, they helped us answer every question we need. We booked a larger room for the 3 of us that had a private balcony in the few spare moments we had, we used it and it was a nice retreat. The room had a Jacuzzi but we didn’t really get time to use it. We were picked up on time from our hotel in Hanoi in a luxury van with Wi-Fi, air con and charging ability. Those made our trip felt shorter. We stopped for few times to have a break and stretch our legs. We were welcomed on board with a nice welcome drink and warm welcome by staffs. They were friendly and made our trip so much better. We made the most of the trip - we did everything not people to sit back and not have a go: cave adventure, kayaking, afternoon happy hour, squid fishing after dinner. The next day we joined a Tai Chi session with a small group – a good way to start the day. After that we went to Ti Top Island and laid on the beach and back for a light brunch onboard. My only regret I think given my time again I would book the two night cruise to have a little more down time, possibly visit further in the bay. It was a highlight for our trip in Vietnam. Well done Alisa team and keep up your good work!

"Highly recommended cruise in Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

I have just returned from our 2 day 1 night cruise with Alisa Premiere cruise and it was awesome. The cruise was nice and beautiful. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Our tour guide Robert was nice and helpful in answering all our questions with regard to the cruise or the history behind Halong Bay. The staffs were amazing, very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. We came aboard and they served a delicious lunch. Then come other activities: visiting Sung Sot cave, kayaking and then having time to relax and watch the sunset. There was also a cooking class to teach how to make spring rolls and happy hour on drinks at the bar. In the evening, we joined a squid fishing with others. The next day we visited Ti Top Island and did hiking to the top. The view was spectacular. We had a fantastic brunch before returning to the land. It was delicious and just what we needed for our long ride home. Overall, it was a good trip. However, due to the packed structure of the cruise's program, there wasn't much time for us to relax in our own rooms and fully enjoy the whole cruising experience.

"Overnight cruise in Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

My wife and I had a wonderful overnight stay with Alisa Cruise in Halong Bay. It was a fantastic experience with an outstanding crew. The ship was stunning and the view of Halong Bay from our cruise is breathtaking. We had a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the bay. Our room feels luxurious, with AC and full facilities, a Jacuzzi and shower area as well. The food served during lunch, dinner and brunch were delicious and good selection. They were well catered for with allowances made for people with different dietary requirements. Although the drinks during meals are separately charged, to be fair the prices are not too expensive. The staff and the service are what really makes the cruise memorable. They are hospitable and eager to serve you. The staff speak good English; and always trying to learn more from their guests. The program was varied and packed with things to do: cave exploration, kayaking, swimming … Overall, it truly was a one-of-a-kind experience in one of the most beautiful sites on Earth!

"Amazing 2 day 1 night cruise trip"

Alisa Premier Cruise

My friends and I completed our 2 days 1 night cruise with Alisa Premier Cruise and had a very pleasant time. From the moment you step on board you will realize that you are on the first class cruise. The itinerary was filled with different activities that kept us busy so you won’t have to worry about being bored. Kayaking in Halong Bay is a must-do experience. The quality of the food is excellent and very authentic. I was able to enjoy grilled butter fish served in a unique northern Vietnamese rice paper roll. What made the trip most memorable was the service from all the crew members. They were very friendly and helpful, always appear with a big smile. Booking online directly with the company was easy. We also arranged the transfer from Hanoi with them and everything went smoothly. If you are going to Halong Bay, stay at Alisa Cruise!! You will surely have good memories!!

"The best cruise in Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

We booked the 1 night stay on Alisa Cruise after reading all reviews and comments on internet. We were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi and took the 3 hour drive to reach the Bay. During this 3 hour, we passed by some rural areas of Vietnam and saw some rice fields. It was a comfortable bus with nice seats, AC, electrical charger and free mineral water. The ship was huge and seems to be new, well-decorated. Upon boarding, we were greeted with a welcome drink from the crew and they did a small briefing with us. The rooms were quite comfortable, with comfy bed, nice bathroom and Jacuzzi. Our only gripe is that there are to many activities which takes you kayaking or hiking etc., pretty much once the ship sails off. I think most people would like to take some time to settle in and relax once they get on board, however you can always opt out of the activities as we eventually did. Highly recommend this cruise to see the true beauty of Halong Bay.

"Halong Bay cruise – a fantastic experience"

Alisa Premier Cruise

If you are looking for a luxury cruise in Halong Bay, I’m sure Alisa Premier cruise is right one for you. The cruise was wonderful and in good condition. Rooms were fantastic with view to the Bay. All meals were amazing, very tasty and with a variety of choices. Drinks were not included but with reasonable price, and they were quite good. All the crew members were so kind, helpful and incredibly attentive. Our tour guide was awesome, knowledgeable and his English was really good. At no time did we feel that the staff were trying to get us to spend more money, there were no pressures in any way. You will be treated as a VIP the entire time. I enjoyed myself except for the fact that there wasn't much time to relax and just enjoy the cabin and the amazing views from your balcony. That said, I went for the overnight cruise, the 2 day cruise was rather expensive but I certainly wouldn't dissuade anyone from going. It was the highlight of my entire holiday. We totally recommend this fantastic time out into luxury cruise in Halong Bay!

"Perfect Halong Bay 2 night cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Perfect is the right word for this cruise and this trip. From the moment we boarded Alisa Cruise we were made to feel welcome. We were on board with about 20 more people, it was not crowded so we could enjoy our trip more. Meals on board were all good and the cruise members made this trip more memorable. To name few: Anna- She is wonderful. So fun loving & friendly. She took care of us in every way she could, guided us to everything. Smile- He was the chef. He was wonderful and excellent with cooking. Being a vegetarian, Smile made so many dishes for us, freshly prepared & all were delicious. I never had such a good vegetarian curry in India what he made for us!! The tour lady (the one who was conducting activities)- forgetting her name- was a wonderful human being. She showed us many places around & click our pictures. We enjoyed a lot with her, her knowledge about the bay was also good. Canoeing, hiking, swimming, a Vietnamese cooking class and cave tours were all packed into the overnight stay. I couldn't imagine touring Ha Long Bay any other way and would highly recommend Alisa Cruises.

"2 day 1 night cruise in Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

I spent hours to research a good Halong Bay cruise company to settle with and in the end, decided to take Alisa Premier Cruise owing to good reviews here. I reserved my booking directly with their company, the process was quick and easy. The pick-up in the early morning was in a luxury bus, with comfy seats and AC. From the moment we stepped on board until the moment we stepped off we were in luxury. I was on Alisa2 which modelled itself as a 5 star cruise. The only downside is that there was no WIFI or TV. The cabin was beautiful and the food and staff could not be faulted. They really interacted with us, telling us about themselves & their family. After lunch, we visited the caves followed up by kayaking which I enjoyed really much. Back to the boat for early evening cocktails, a cooking course and then dinner. After dinner there was squid fishing for those who wanted it. The next day, after breakfast we hiked up to the top of Halong Bay then back down again, spent a short time on the beach before returning to the boat for brunch before we checked out. The scenery is spectacular, like nothing I’ve seen before. Simply breathtaking. Our only regret is that we only went on a one night cruise!

"Unforgettable 2 day 1 night family cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

I booked this 1 night cruise in Halong Bay for my family last month and it was amazing from start to finish. Alisa Premier Cruise was an unforgettable cruise on the breathtaking Halong Bay. I can tell that Alisa Cruise is the most beautiful vessel on the bay, with dark wooden decks and private balconies and fully furnished cabins and nice dining room. We were lucky to get a great tour guide who collected us from our hotel via the bus shuttle and stayed with us until the drop off back in Hanoi the next day. The crew member was attentive and enthusiastic – they held a birthday party for my husband with a cake and traditional Vietnamese birthday song. We did the 1 night cruise and enjoyed many planned activities such as kayaking, swimming and cave exploration. Our children also enjoyed the kayaking on the bay and a hike up Ti Top Island for its spectacular views. This trip is something I would highly recommend if you plan on visiting Vietnam. Thank you Alisa Premier Cruise for the memories!

"Excellent Halong Bay 2 day tour"

Alisa Premier Cruise

“Excellent” is all I can say about my 2 day trip in Halong Bay on Alisa Cruise. We stayed here a week ago, with 2 days 1 night package tour. I strongly recommend this cruise to anyone planning to visit the beautiful Halong Bay. The food was great, the crew member was fantastic, itinerary was well organized and activities were enjoyable. The ship is nice and modern, my cabin was in good condition and equipped with all needed facilities. Especially the sunset and sunrise in the middle of the sea was breathtaking. We had a lot of fun in 2 days thanks to our lovely tour guide. This package tour was worth every penny. Thank you to all the team for the most memorable experience of my life.

"Fantastic cruise in Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

My one night trip in Halong Bay with Alisa Cruise was an amazing experience. We were on boat with about 20 other people from all over the world, they were really nice and we made friends so quick. Truly remarkable was staffs, very kind and accommodating to our need and were very sweet to all of us. I would take this trip again because of lovely staffs that work at Alisa Cruise. Specifically one of the restaurant staff member who I would like to comment is Mr. Jacky with the great service and friendliness towards us all from what I observed I can see him as well as many others of the restaurant staff have very high work ethics. Everything about this trip was perfect: the ship, the room, the food and activities. I would highly recommend this Alisa Cruise to my friends because of the great experience and service I received.

"Fantastic - Alisa Cruise for 2 Days"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Just came back from the 2 day cruise with Alisa. I chose this cruise specifically because its itinerary features 3 activities that I really wanted to do – kayaking, going to the cave and going to Tiop Island. I definitely chose the right cruise for me and it came off perfectly thanks to the competence of Alisa and its staff. We booked a very nice suite was large and had a great balcony, but I wasn’t able to spend much time in it as the day was full of activities. I’d recommend booking a 3 day trip so you have the extra day to spend relaxing in the cabin. It was also to hang out on the top deck and it’s a bit of a tough decision trying to choose which one to spend most of your time in.We made many friends on this cruise, passengers and staff alike. They were all excellent company and we stayed up late playing cards together – it was really nice. The minivan arrived on time and we boarded the Alisa without a hitch. The ship is beautiful inside and out but do note that there are 2 Alisa ships – the Premier has the wooden panels outside.Big thanks to Tuan and Mr. Vodka for staying up late to serve us and play cards with us as we sat in a largely silent bay. It was a great experience overall.

"Take the 3 Days with Alisa – It’s so Worth it!"

Alisa Premier Cruise

There’s no way you won’t get your money’s worth in Halong Bay with Alisa! It’s a bit daunting paying all that money in one go, but they make darn sure that your money goes on an excellent service. The itinerary seemed to be mildly different to that of other cruises’, which is why we opted for this boat. If there was an option to spend another night then we would have taken it.We were picked up by the lovely Robert at our hotel and treated like royalty from this point onwards. You will see a never ending series of smiles on the Alisa Cruise – the staff are so smiley, so beautiful, and so helpful. Much love to James, our fantastic manager, who put in so much effort to make everyone happy, even though he could have sat back and let his crew do that. Sam was a wonderful bartender and he made us some excellent drinks. We had great conversations about music and he took some cool pictures of us.The activities were really excellent and I tried some new things I’ve never tried before. The kayaking was very fun and we got a great view of the whole of the bay from the top of Titop Island. Sung Sot Cave was very large and inspiring. The best part was our time on the day boat for the second day – amazing and relaxing with the best food we had all trip with Alisa and all holiday. We leads me onto my eternal praise of the chef! In a country with as much amazing food as Vietnam, we can’t believe that the best stuff we had came from a small kitchen on a boat! We really liked everything laid down for us and were never once hungry. We saw a few people asking for more of a certain dish and that was zero problem for the staff.I see lots of people complaining about the rubbish, and while there is quite a bit, you just have to crane your neck slightly upwards to see the real reason you’re here – the completely untouched mountains and the 99.9% clean water. It’s an incredibly beautiful place and I think if people stop focusing on the negatives, they will have so much more time for the positives. We enjoyed a private balcony and jacuzzi in our senior suite. Everything was very clean and we had no problems with hot water. Exactly what you’d get on land for sure. The bed was probably even more comfortable – I slept through my alarm multiple times!Don’t hesitate - being on the Alisa Cruise is one of the best experiences we’ve done! Maybe it can be one of yours too…

"Alisa Premier – 2 Days in Paradise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

I had a horrendous tour in Thailand so was a bit apprehensive about booking this one, but the Alisa has completely restored my faith in proper customer service! It was the complete opposite experience  - professional, friendly, funny and helpful. From booking with Alice, we were in great hands. Mr Alex continued this later with some very well managed tours and a friendly smile, which you don’t always get from the management in my opinion! All of the guests were fully pampered by the staff, who were very attentive but give you space if you want it. I made use of the spa, which was great Lovely room and fantastic air con with a slick balcony outside. We enjoyed the activities but found that Titop Island was jam packed with tourists while we approached, so me and the wife decided to stay upstairs on the sundeck instead.I am glad to have gone now as I’m not sure about the future of Halong Bay. I hope it does not go the same way as Phi Phi Island in Thailand, which now has to stay closed for the environment to recover. There are too many cruises operating in the bay and it needs to be regulated. As far as I’m concerned, there doesn’t need to be any more than the Alisa Premier! Outstanding tour.

"5 Star Service – Excellent Work, Alisa Cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Alisa didn’t put a foot wrong over the 2 days that we were with them. The transportation right from the get-go was 5 –star. We took the transfer from the hotel and were very happy when a sleek looking vehicle rolled up outside and the tour guide called our names. It just gets better when you’re on the cruise – we decided on the senior suite with phenomenal balcony and pure luxury in the form of a jacuzzi in the bathroom! Excellent work by the professional staff, all of whom had a fantastic level of English that made conversation very easy. Food is plentiful and absolutely delicious – I ate everything and could have had more. Drinks aren’t included but there are some free hot beverages in the room. A local beer is only a quid 40, so not bad! Mr Alex was an absolute hero of a cruise manager and we can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and his extra help! I am determined to return one day to rejoin the Alisa Premier!

"Absolutely the Best Cruise in Halong Bay!"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Amazing. A truly fantastic cruise and easily the best we have been on before. Everything from pick-up onwards was so unbelievably good. We started exactly on time and had an excellent 1 night trip from there.Really clean cabins with lots of space and nice decoration. Modern and fitted with everything, including good air con. We also had a private balcony and bathroom as well.Excellent flexibility in the food menu – there was already so much choice at the buffets but then they made some extra stuff especially for the vegetarians (just 2 – with me included), which was excellent service. Big smiles all around from the crew and we never saw them waver. Such a happy crew and we’re happy to see them having fun at work. We tried to make it as fun for them as it was for us! Kenny at booking and Robert the tour guide deserve special credit for being exemplary in their roles!I think we follow the same path as everyone else on the Alisa, but the timing seemed to be a bit better, so we were never crowded with tourist boats. The drinks are a little pricey so we didn’t get many. Wifi is basically non-existent so leave those phones in your cabins! My partner turned 24 and he got a special cake, which was very nice. We weren’t expecting that but then Alisa kept surprising us!We did the 2 days but I’d highly recommend the 3, we feel like we could done a week, really. Thank you Alisa!

"Awesome Alisa Cruise – Halong Bay"

Alisa Premier Cruise

I very much recommend this time with Alisa Cruise. Me and my parents returned recently after a trip with Alisa and we are very very happy with how it went.I told them that it was to be my parents’ 30th wedding anniversary and I needed their help in preparing something special. They were very professional about it and helped me plan everything perfectly. The staff were very very nice and they also prepared their own gift to give to my parents as well. My parents and me were very touched by how kind they were and their big smiles.Apart from helping me with my surprise, they were very professional with everyone else and lots of fun to talk to.Great food made by the chef and presented like a professional. There was a lot of food and me and my parents never went hungry.I plan to go to Halong Bay and I will most certainly choose the Alisa Premier Cruise. I do hope lots of other people consider their services as they were so good with me and it would be nice for you all to have a good time as well.

"Alisa Premier 2 days 1 night - Outstanding in Every Department!"

Alisa Premier Cruise

What a perfect ending for our family trip through Vietnam. I cannot possibly say enough good things about the Alisa Cruise. We met Robert, our tour guide, on the bus over to the bay and he showed us right from the start how funny, clever and friendly he was going to be! The crew loaded our luggage onto the boat and we started the experience with a great buffet lunch. We were struggling with my wife’s vegetarianism throughout Vietnam, but we didn’t have to worry on the Alisa. They specially made vegetarian dishes for my wife and she ended up having more food than me! We talked to the chef during the trip and he was a really cool dude. The waitress, Lucy, impressed us very much as she spent much of her free time chatting with us and playing with our kids. There were many inferior ships that we saw around the bay. The Alisa is definitely the most beautiful one you will see here! The activities were a lot of fun, (maybe just a tad rushed) and it made us wish we’d booked the 3 days cruise in the end. A cruise full of friendly professionals. You’ve earned a lot of recommendations from me!

"Best Experiences on the Alisa Cruise 3 Day!"

Alisa Premier Cruise

I highly recommend the 3 day tour with the Alisa Cruise. We felt like Halong Bay deserved our attention for 3 days rather than 2, so we booked the longer version. Incredible ship itself – very new and luxurious with some comfy cabins and amazing facilities all around. We’ve read it across many reviews now but have to add our own views on the amazing staff: Lucy (just the nicest person in the world, hands-down) Robert (incredibly friendly and helpful tour guide), Alex (very warm and absolutely hilarious), James (professional and kind manager), William (very talented cook who can deal with allergies like they’re nothing). They don’t rest until every single one of their guests is having the best time. What a service! There are indeed quite a few cruises in Halong Bay, but it’s hardly surprising – it’s stunning! We felt much more secluded on the second day while we were on the day boat, so that is another great reason to choose the longer cruise. The whole experience was crowned when the crew came out, gave us flowers and sang Bruno Mars for us for our honeymoon. Very magical and you could see they had a lot of fun doing it. Thanks so much everyone!

"2D1N on Amazing Alisa Cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

There are so many options for cruises, we were very overwhelmed. We went with one of the first ones we found alphabetically in the end, and it was a really lucky draw! We know we had picked well during the booking process, which was informative and efficient. Pick up from the hotel lobby was very smooth, as was the actual drive to the bay. Lots of fun activities but also plenty of time for chilling in the room. We have an awesome private balcony in our cabin and some incredible food for the entire duration of the trip. Can’t say any more about the people – they were so great! Robert felt very much like a close friend we had known for ages by the time we said goodbye. He not only showed us the sites but he made us laugh and made sure we were happy with the service, as well as helping us out in booking other things around Vietnam. Alex and the team did an incredible job keeping everyone entertained and happy. They remembered all of the food allergies and who had them, as well as everyone’s names and places of birth. Absolutely insane dedication to their customers and I hope it goes rewarded by Alisa. They are an incredible crew. Thank you so much guys!

"Honeymooning on the Alisa Cruise – Just Perfect!"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Loved every single part of this cruise. Alisa is an absolute gem.Our luxury van had sweet seats as well as a TV and Wi-Fi capabilities, but I mainly just slept the whole time. We were surprised to get a free upgrade on check in as well as a bunch of roses for our honeymoon. They made sure to give us a room with a bigger balcony and a nice jacuzzi. Incredible food presented in very creative ways. Lots of seafood straight from the ocean.Awesome activities – morning tai chi and the kayaking were two of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. The staff all knew it was our honeymoon and put in an absolute shift just to make sure we had a good time! James and Alex were instrumental in this and we can’t thank them enough for the amazing work they did for us. We had an awesome tour guide in Robert, who made sure everyone was safe and having fun. He took loads of professional photos of everyone and shared them with us for free at the end. Can’t speak any more highly of the Alisa! Just go!

"Wonderful 2 night trip – Go with Alisa!"

Alisa Premier Cruise

We had a family of 4 for this trip - two girls at 11 and 12, and me and my husband We all had a thoroughly fantastic time and my daughters won’t stop asking when we can go back! The highlight for us was definitely the second day that we spent on the day boat. We went to harder to reach areas and saw some great little islands and beaches. It doesn’t seem worth it to go for 2 days – if you’re already in the bay, you might as well pay the little bit extra and stay for 3 days!Great transport to get to the bay. The bus was indeed as luxurious as they suggested it might be, and we actually arrived a little earlier than scheduled. Excellent organisation of the itinerary and all the passengers to ensure everyone has a great time.So much food for all of the meals – they were staggeringly tasty! I still dream about the seafood chowder that we had. IncredibleLast and definitely not least are the staff, who are sublime in everything they do and really put more than a touch on the passengers good time. Our girls were big fans of all the staff that we met and we were as well.Linda really went above and beyond here so we want to mention her by name, thank you Linda!

"1 Night Overnight on the Alisa Cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

The best cruise we saw in the entire bay. It was 2 days and 1 night of amazement. The thing that sticks with me most is the efforts of the staff, who were simply fantastic. Great food service from them and lots of friendly chat as well. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did!Great activities including kayaking and caving. Thuy accompanied us on these and was utterly brilliant and so likeable! We met a lot of fellow passengers and had a good time with them. The cabin was a senior suite with a private balcony, which turned out to excellent in every department. The bathroom was a bit small, but still perfectly acceptable for everything we needed.Just a couple of small negatives – the wifi was terrible (to be expected though) and there wasn’t much time after the kayaking to prepare for dinner.Big recommendations for the Alisa.

"Alisa Premier – The Whole Package (except maybe the driving!)"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Robert and the other members of cruise on the Alisa were so helpful in giving us lots of advice for our onwards journey, which we hadn’t booked at that point. Great itinerary with lots of time in between activities to relax and so as you wish. Insanely tasty food and really good activities. For a luxury cruise, I can’t complain about the prices of the drink – and overall I definitely recommend this cruise for those who want to splash out a bit.The only point of contention was the driving from Hanoi. The bus itself was fantastic and the organisation to get everyone on the bus on time in Hanoi traffic was remarkable. The driver, however, was living on another planet. I don’t think we were running late but we were certainly subject to some insane games of chicken on the highway when he tried to overtake an entire convoy of vans with very little space to do so. It almost went horrendously badly but this didn’t seem to deter him at all. I’ve emailed the company about it and they said they are looking into it. Great service overall and great ship.

"Incredible Luxury Cruise and Great Staff at the Alisa Premier"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Just returned from a 2 week trip around Vietnam and Cambodia, so it was hard to pick a highlight, but we have to highly commend the Alise Premier for putting itself right up there – between sunrise at Angkor Wat and this cruise, it’s a really tough choice!  We got a great deal on a cabin with a balcony by booking super far ahead. It was sweltering when we arrived in Hanoi but the transport to the bay was very comfortable. It was made much better by the input of Robert, our fantastic tour guide for the first night. We had James and Alex on the boat, who ran everything very effectively, along with Lucy, William and a few others who made our time so extraordinary! The crew invited us to their quarters to watch the world cup and we had a thoroughly good time in their company. Incredible food to be had here, particularly the fish rice parcels, and much going on in the way of tours to caves, kayaking, floating village etc. I would have stowed away somewhere on the ship if I could have, I didn’t want to leave!

"No Regrets at all Picking the Alisa Cruise!"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Clean, elegant and comfortable are the three words I’d use here. We had some gloomy weather but I was determined to have a good time and it was made very easy with the help of the fantastic staff, who kept us smiling the whole time! Sunset was really special and it was great to share it with the cruise manager, Jack.Thuy was really fantastic in all her guiding. We had a lot of fun with her and she kept us safe and informed the entire time. The food was top quality. I enjoyed absolutely everything that was put in front of me and they even changed something for my boyfriend when they found out he didn’t like clams.Fantastic cruise with the Alisa Premier – you won’t regret it either!

"Alisa Premier"

Alisa Premier Cruise

Excellent experience with the Alisa Premier overall. Alice from the booking office did an excellent job of arranging our airport transfer and everything else we required to get us to the bay.Seamless transition onto the boat. Throughout the whole trip, Thuy really went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. She was constantly checking with us to see how things were going and it was great chatting to her about anything and everything. It was a very new boat when we boarded so we got some great views of Halong Bay from the balcony. Great bathroom and great food to be had in the dining room. Truly luxurious. Cocktails at sunset only enhanced this feeling!I can certainly think of worse ways to spend 2 days! Excellent work Alisa Premier, you were fantastic.

"A Fantastic Experience with the Alisa Cruise"

Alisa Premier Cruise

What a great two-day trip we just had! Great room and fantastic air-con, but it was the staff who made the difference here – they were so lovely! Great work by Thuy, our guide as well as everyone who served us on the boat.So many activities to join in – cooking class, kayaking, caving etc, We were never bored and everything is optional, so you can really tailor your own experience! It seems like a really good idea to join the Alisa for a special event. We had our anniversary there and the crew were so sweet in giving us flowers and a bottle of wine to celebrate. Great company!
