08.00 – 08.30 Wait in the lobby of your central Hanoi hotel as our tour guide meets you and assists you and your luggage onto the bus.
12.30 – 13.00 After driving across the Red River Delta to Halong City, we will meet the V’Spirit Cruise at Tuan Chau Marina. Feel free to explore your new deluxe cruise by checking out your cabin, the sundeck and all of its other wonderful features.
13.30 – 14.30 Watch the limestone islets gracefully slide past the window as we begin cruising while lunch is presented to us in the dining room.
15.00 – 16.00 Relax on board the cruise until we arrive at Sung Sot Cave. Also called the ‘Amazing Cave’, this is a magical system of hanging and rising rock formations formed over hundreds of thousands of years.
16.00 – 17.00 There will be three options available for you at Titop Island. You can relax on the beach, swim in the ocean or climb the stone steps until you reach the viewing platform on the summit.
17.00 – 18.30 Refresh for dinner back on board the V’Spirit Cruise. Relax into our social gathering on the sundeck as we watch the sun set on another beautiful day on the bay.
19.00 Dinner is served in the romantic dining room and our after-dinner activities begin immediately afterwards. We will have board games available, along with squid fishing equipment and a selection of movies.

06.30 – 07.00 Wake up to the morning beauty of Halong Bay, and catch it best on the sundeck, where we will also be holding an energising Tai Chi session.
07.00 – 09.30 We have a morning of kayaking today around Luon Cave, heading around the more isolated spots of the popular bay, finding serenity in the morning calm that descends on the forested mountains reaching high above us.
09.45 – 10.30 We return to the V’Spirit Cruise where you can check out of your cabin and take the last of your photos from the outside areas.
10.30 – 11.30 Our chef will lead a very impressive fruit-carving and cooking demonstration before we serve you a filling early lunch in the dining room.
11.45 – 12.00 Wave goodbye to your crew when you disembark the V’Spirit. Our shuttle bus will take you back to Hanoi where we hope to arrive at around 16.00. Your Halong Bay 2 day 1 night cruise ends!

08.00 – 08.30 Enjoy the scenery of the Red River Delta from the bus as we pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and transfer you to the pier.
12.30 – 13.00 We will board the V’Spirit Classic cruise ship and start sailing, following a brief cruise introduction by your new crew.
13.30 – 14.30 There will be a fantastic lunch served as we sail past the first of the many famous limestone pillars around Halong Bay.
15.00 – 16.00 We take a look inside Sung Sot Cave, one of the most beautiful of all Halong Bay caves.
16.00 – 17.00 Take the option of swimming, relaxing on the beach or climbing up to the peak for a panoramic view of Halong Bay at Titop Island.
17.00 – 18.30 We head back to the V’Spirit Classic to get ready for dinner and to enjoy our Sunset Party upstairs
19.00 Dinner will be served as the sun begins to set; after this, you are free to do as you like. Play board games, watch movies or relax at your own leisure before you retire to your cabin for a peaceful sleep on the still water.

06.30 – 07.00 There will be an option to try Tai Chi on the sundeck in the morning. Take this opportunity to soak up the early sun and strengthen your body for the day ahead.
07.30 – 08.30 Enjoy a lovely breakfast in the serenity of the Halong Bay morning.
08.30 – 12.00 We will transfer to the V’Spirit day boat and begin our kayaking expedition in the area around Drum Cave, so-called because of the dramatic sound it makes when lightning hits.
12.00 – 14.00 Relax back on the day boat and enjoy lunch on board.
14.30 – 16.00 Learn about all the processes that go into refining pearls at a pearl farm, from growing through harvesting to selling.
16.00 – 17.00 We head back to the V’Spirit Classic and freshen up for dinner. Watch a slow sunset on the sundeck with happy hour at the bar.
19.00 Savour your final dinner in the restaurant before you indulge in the nighttime activities. We have the option of squid fishing, a new experience for most passengers on any Halong Bay itinerary.

06.30 – 07.00 There will be another chance to engage your body and mind in Tai Chi on the sundeck in the new light of Halong Bay.
07.00 – 09.30 Enjoy a light breakfast on board and jump into your kayaks for an exploration of some secluded areas, one of the more relaxing things to do in Halong Bay.
09.45 – 10.30 Return to the V’Spirit Classic and we will begin cruising back to the harbour, passing famous sites such as Ba Hang fishing village and Dog Islet.
10.30 – 11.30 There will be a final fruit-carving demonstration and a cooking class led by our professional chef before an early lunch.
11.45 – 12.00 We disembark from the V’Spirit Classic and board the shuttle bus from Halong Bay to Hanoi.

We chose the V’Spirit for our honeymoon cruise and most certainly were not let down. Thankfully we had Mr. Man as our tour guide, very fun and very informative about the itinerary and the bay in general.The cabin was very comfortable and came with a balcony. There was a honeymoon theme which was very welcomed by us. We had some great meals and the staff were always happy to swap some food if anyone didn’t like the sound of it. We got a bottle of red wine to celebrate our honeymoon and took advantage of the Happy Hour as well.Great staff. Very helpful, always happy to answer requests. They even brought a cake out for us, which we got to share out with the other guests, which was a great conversation starter!Halong Bay in general is breathtaking. The view from Titop Island was my favourite.Overall, a really good cruise. Thanks V’Spirit and everyone involved!

Great organisation on this trip by the informative and very warm guides. Even the driver was very cal and safe, which is not what we’re used to in Vietnam now! All of the crew were so passionate about their guests having the best time, it was clear to see and it was really heartwarming. We saw the main sites of the cave (which was amazing), some of the rocks close up via kayak and a fishing village. The onboard meals were something else – really nice considering we were out at sea. Muy wife is a vegetarian and she got her own meals that came out at the same time as mine At the end, we had kayaking or rowing on a bamboo boat. It was a lot to fit in but we still found time to relax on the boat. Really well done guys - highly recommended by me!

We read a lot of reviews before deciding on V’Spirit, and we’re very glad that we did!The highlight of our trip was our lovely guide, Tan, who had a clear passion for tourism and for caring for her guests. She was so lovely throughout the cruise and deserves all the nice words we read about her beforehand! The views were unbelievable, but they were maybe even eclipsed by the food. What a great job done by the chef, who catered for me separately despite being the only vegetarian on board. We spent most of the night on the sundeck, drinking, chatting and laughing with other guests; it was a really great experience. Thanks, Tan, all the crew and V’Spirit!

Had a wonderful trip. The boat didn’t look that much from the outside, but inside was much nicer, including our fantastic cabin. We found a stain in our cabin but saw them changing everything for the next group of guests, so we can attest that they do clean the ship.Great food but not much for snack options throughout the day. The drinks were a bit more pricey than in Hanoi, which is to be expected. The happy hour is buy 2 get 1 free, which is a little confusing as most of the guests are couples and have no need for a third drink.We headed to the Surprise Cave, which was great, along with the kayaking that we did outside. We saw other reports that Halong Bay is strewn with rubbish and unfortunately, we found that largely to be true. We suggest companies reward kayakers who bring back rubbish with beers, it would be a great and fun way to clean the bay.There’s not a great amount of activities for after dark, other than squid fishing off the boat, but the weather wasn’t really cooperating, so we watched movies insteadWe had a great time considering the weather difficulties

We were so lucky to get Dan as our tour guide, what a guy!! The whole crew is outstanding to be honest, they did all their jobs incredibly well and had a great level of service throughout! There was some seriously tasty food going on. I had read a review before booking that stated there wasn’t any vegan options, but I didn’t find that at all. My husband is lactose intolerant and I am a vegetarian, so to provide us with two alternative meals, both at the same time, was just outstanding! Every member of the crew was on top of their game and we have nothing but the highest praise for them!. The only thing I was worried about was the amount of plastic in the bay. Obviously I am not blaming V’Spirit for this, but it does hamper the breezy atmosphere on board. Still, an amazing cruise and I will be recommending it for a long time!
