07.30 - 7.50 After pick-up at your hotel lobby, you will have a chance to soak up the views of the Red River Delta on your way to Hon Gai Harbour at Halong City
12.00 Listen to the tour briefing as you sip on a welcome drink aboard the Legend White Dolphin.
13.30 Watch Bai Tu Long Bay’s limestone giants glide silently passed the window as you start on a wonderful lunch in the dining room.
15.30 Take in the views of the glistening hanging lanterns of Thien Canh Son Cave. This happens when light reflects off wet stalactites, of which there are many.
16.30 Take the opportunity to sink into the late afternoon mood aboard the Legend White Dolphin. You can lounge on the sundeck or swim in the calm waters around the boat. A cooking demonstration will be put on by our wonderful chef before dinner.
19.00 Sit down for a filling set-menu meal in our gleaming dining room while Bai Tu Long Bay’s sun sets outside.
21.00 Choose between an evening at the bar with the crew or by yourself tonight as we have several activities until you head to bed.

07.30 Step out into the new dawn in Bai Tu Long Bay, enjoying a light breakfast before a morning of activity.
08.00 We board a humble sampan boat as a local rows us around his or her village of Vung Vieng, a small community of fishermen and their families living on the gently rocking waters of Bai Tu Long Bay.
10.00 Stepping back onto the Legend White Dolphin, you will pack up your luggage and head to the dining room for a final Vietnamese brunch.
11.30 Step off at Hon Gai Harbour to fond farewells from the crew as you re-board the shuttle bus.
16.00- 16.30 We will arrive in Hanoi around mid-to-late afternoon. End of your 2 day 1 night cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay.

07.30 We will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and drive you along the Red River Delta to Halong City.
12.00 We will board the White Dolphin Cruise at Hon Gai Harbour in Halong City, enjoying a welcoming drink while the tour guide gives us a tour briefing.
13.30 Eat lunch in our dining room as the world-class limestone scenery of Bai Tu Long Bay passes by through the window.
15.30 We will sail up to the entrance of Thien Canh Son Cave, a wonderful illustration of how the history of Halong Bay’s weather has created beautiful attractions throughout the region.
16.30 We will head back to the White Dolphin Cruise and you will have the opportunity to relax onboard, perhaps by sunbathing on the top deck or swimming in the emerald water around the boat. Make sure to join the cooking demonstration from our wonderful chef.
19.00 A set dinner is served in the romantically lit dining room as nighttime descends on Bai Tu Long Bay.
21.00 The bar is open for all of our customers to unwind after dinner, or you could opt to read a book or watch a movie in your room.

08.00 A breakfast of hot beverages and fruits is served.
08.30 We will transfer to the day boat and head to Vung Ha Geological Park, where we will kayak around and take in the views of the jutting limestone islets. We will spend the morning on a quiet beach where it is possible to sunbathe, swim and kayak around.
12.30 We will regain our energy for the afternoon’s excursions by having a filling lunch on the day boat.
13.30 Kayaking to the Be Ong Dau Area, we will paddle around a big lake enclosed by forested mountains. Relax for the early afternoon on Be Ong Dau Beach.
15.00 We will kayak back to the day boat which will take us back to the White Dolphin Cruise, where you have time to spend the afternoon at your own pace.
19.00 The second dinner of the tour will be served in the open dining room.
21.00 Try squid fishing with the crew or board games with your friends as you relax into the final night of your Bai Tu Long Bay tour.

07.30 Bai Tu Long Bay greets you for your final day with a beautiful sunrise as you enjoy your light breakfast in the dining room.
08.00 A bamboo sampan boat rowed by a local will transport us around Vung Vieng Floating Village, showing us the way in which locals live in the beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.
10.00 Returning to the White Dolphin Cruise, you will have time to pack before having a Vietnamese brunch on board.
11.30 You will disembark at Hon Gai Harbour before climbing onto your bus for the drive back to Hanoi, where your Bai Tu Long 3 day 2 night tour with White Dolphin Cruise will end.

Our group of 5 cyclists completed our ride to Halong City but were a bit disappointed by the sights of massive development going on there. Things were much better once we stepped onto the Legend White Dolphin Cruise, which was outstanding. It’s an older boat but the inside still feels pretty modern. All of the electronics worked and the cabins were comfortable, so I didn’t have much to complain about. After a long cycle, we were all very happy to check into large cabins and explore the top deck.Pros:- Huge cabins with well-equipped bathrooms- Brilliant staff who work very hard for your leisure- Functioning AC and lots of hot water for the shower- Really fun activities around the bay, or the option to drink on the deck if you don’t fancy them- Outstanding food and a real relief for 5 hungry bikers!- The food, again. It really was incredible – the best we had in Vietnam by a mileIt was a lovely 24 hours in the bay and we were thrilled with our experience on the Legend White Dolphin. I’d advise you to take this cruise if you’re looking for an intimate time in Halong Bay.

We wanted to be sure that the activities we were going to do didn’t impede our relaxing time on the boat. Luckily, we still had plenty of time on the boat and didn’t have to skip and activities to do so. We went squid fishing, swimming and kayaking, along with visiting a cave, a floating village and doing a short cooking class. It was a fully itinerary but it was very well planned and carried out by Mai, who was our lovely guide and so amazingly friendly. She had a really good energy about her and I can’t think of a job she suits more than being a tour guide! The rest of the staff were also great and willing to help at every opportunity. Regardless of how many time I saw pictures of Halong Bay, I was never fully prepared for the real thing, which actually took my breath away. The views from the top deck were utterly spectacular and those alone we worth the money I paid for the trip. It really was a dream come true for me on the Legend White Dolphin Cruise.

This trip we booked from home in Australia, so we didn’t really know all that much about the boat or the company we were going with. Pick-up from Hanoi was exactly on time and our guide Minh proved to be the perfect tour guide as he was so informative and caring! There were just 7 other people on the boat, who we got talking to straight away. The staff joined in too and it was so great to have this communal atmosphere going on throughout the 2 days! We were greeted with warm ginger tea but soon moved into the harder stuff, which certainly helped the flow of conversation! Despite the cloudy weather, we had a really great trip into the bay on the bamboo boat, through visiting the pearl farm and from doing the cave tour, which was all very interesting. There seemed to be no end to the delicious food that they served us and they were very pernickety with the dietary requirements. The evening activities weren’t up to much but we enjoyed each other’s company so it made everything more fun. Our only real downside was that the beds were quite firm, but we still slept fine and it didn’t detract from our overall tour experience at all. Excellent work Legend White Dolphin, what a great way to start our Vietnam trip!

We went for 3 days and 2 nights aboard the Legend White Dolphin and we can’t fault our experience at all! Very professional from start to finish, beginning and ending with smooth transportation in the plush minivan.When we stepped onto the Legend White Dolphin cruise ship, we found our cabins to be very clean and brilliantly decorated. The bathroom was large, the air con was powerful and the beds were very, very comfortable. The deck was fitted with enough sun loungers for all of us and it provided a great space to watch the surrounding islands fly past. There was a bar and restaurant just inside that kept us hydrated and full for the whole trip. The food in particular was phenomenal, but the bar was a little expensive, so we only made use of it during happy hour.Service on the Legend White Dolphin is always done with a smile, and the crew were really great in their care of their guests. They accompanied us on the activities we did in the bay, so we always felt safe swimming and kayaking, even though we had never kayaked before.Thank you to everyone who made this trip special, we certainly won’t be forgetting it!

The best part about this amazing trip was the staff, who were excellent in their roles and really made us feel like we were kings and queens on that ship! They were excellent at catering to our needs and were very down-to-earth and personable as well. Great cabins with really comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom which I can have no complaints about! We knew that Halong Bay was a must-do, so we thought if we ‘must do’ it, we should go on a smaller cruise with fewer people. We were plagued by miserable weather the entire time, but the crew were determined for this not to spoil a once in a lifetime trip, so they took us out regardless and had an infectiously positive attitude the whole time. Excellent service all around – I would recommend the Legend White Dolphin to anyone!
