The two side-by side beds of the Family Cabin are perfect for 3 adults, designed more specifically for small families. 08.30 - 08.50: We will arrive at your central Hanoi hotel in the morning and take you to Tuan Chau on our comfortable shuttle bus.
12.00: Say hello to your crew as you board the Mon Cheri, enjoying a welcome drink as we head out into Lan Ha Bay. Our luxurious restaurant will be the setting for our first meal, a wonderful lunch.
15.00: Visiting Tra Bau area where has known as an area famous for its unspoiled, poetic natural beauty and attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay. There, You go kayaking to discover the truest beauty of the limestone islands. Immerse yourself in the emerald green water of the bay or enjoy the Jacuzzi pool on the Mon Chéri Cruises.
17.30: Joining us for Cooking class to learn how to make one of the most famous Vietnamese cuisines, the spring rolls. Or reach the top deck of cruise where the guests can admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin.
Enjoy a Happy Hour time – BUY ONE GET ONE FREE at the bar. It is an ideal time for photography enthusiasts to capture the greatest moment of sunset over Lan Ha Bay.
19.00: A magnificent dinner will be served in the restaurant.
20.30 - 00.00: We will have ballad music on a show after dinner. Try squid fishing with the crew as the evening rolls in, or you can head to the bar for great cocktails and other beverages. Book with the Cruise Manager if you would like a relaxing massage.

06.00: Join the Tai Chi session on the sundeck to greet the morning with vigour. A buffet breakfast will follow in the dining room downstairs.
09.30: We check out of our cabins and sail to Cat Ba Island. A bus here will transfer us to the Military Hospital Cave, used by Viet Cong troops during the American War. We return to the Mon Cheri and it drops us off back on the mainland, where we will get another bus back to Hanoi, arriving at about 14.30.

9.00 - 9.30: We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning and our driver and driver will take you to Tuan Chau, the embarkation point.
12.00: Our crew will welcome you at the pier and once on the boat, will provide you with a welcome drink and a short cruise briefing. As we set off, we will have a beautiful lunch in the luxury restaurant with the stunning views of Halong Bay passing us by through the windows.
15.00: We will depart the Mon Chéri at the Dark and Light Cave. Here you can go kayaking through the two caves or relax on a bamboo boat as a local rows you through. There is also an opportunity to go swimming near the boat.
17.30: Take in a magical sunset from the deck of the Mon Chéri over the Gulf of Tonkin. We will have a miniature sunset party and our chef will show you the ancient techniques for preparing traditional spring rolls.
19.00: The restaurant will host a delicious high-end feast for you.
20.30 - 00.00: The top deck is the place to be after dinner. Here you can watch the shadows of Halong Bay’s limestone karsts glide by while relaxing to the sound of ballad music. Our bar is always open for anyone wanting a few social drinks with new friends. Alternatively, you can have a go at squid fishing in the water or sit back with a movie before heading to your cabin for the night.
We also have the option of a massage service, which requires a direct booking with the Cruise Manager.

06.00: There will be an invigorating Tai Chi class in the new morning sunlight for anyone up early enough. We have a unique blend of tea created exclusively for Mon Chéri on board; this you can enjoy with a full buffet breakfast in the restaurant.
08.00: We will embark on the day boat to Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island, our first stop for the day. We will mount our bicycles and head out across the island, soaking in the views of the rice paddies all around. We will head into the rainforest on foot and discover a secret cave, keeping our eyes peeled for langurs along the way. (There is the option of an electric car for an extra cost).
12.00: Once we are back on the day boat, a delicious BBQ lunch will be served.
13.45: Jump into your kayak and paddle around Van Boi Bay, paying a visit to the locals living at the nearby floating village. We will go to Van Boi Beach afterwards to soak up the sun and swim in its crystal waters.
16.00: There will be new guests aboard the Mon Chéri when we return to the main boat, feel free to head to the bar to get chatting to them, or just retire to your room after your excursions.
19.15: Enjoy your final luxury dinner in the restaurant with the backdrop of a beautiful sunset next to you.
20.45 – 00.00: Relax after dinner on the top deck or in your room. Plenty of onboard activities will make your final night in Lan Ha Bay memorable.

06.00: There will be another chance to start the day right with Tai Chi on the top deck. This will be followed by another buffet breakfast.
09.30: After checking out of the cabins, we will head back to Cat Ba Island where a bus will be waiting to take us to the Trung Trang Cave. Take in your last view of the magnificent Cat Ba Island before returning to the boat and heading back to the pier.
A bus will be waiting for us at the pier to take us back to Hanoi, where we will arrive at around 14.30.

I cruised with my parents and my sister from October. We were picked up by a luxury van from our hotel to the port. The driver was nice. From start to finish, everything was smoothly and enjoyable. I cannot remember the name of the person who guided us for the whole duration. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Our cabin was very nice, and had amazing and stunning views from the cabin. The bed was very comfy. Lunch, dinner, and breakfast was tasty with various kind of foods (never same food for every meal) We also joined happy hour on the cruise. They helped us to keep our drinks on the fridge to enjoy each meal. We had relaxed time on the cruise. Not too many guest on Mon Cheri on that date. We liked it. I know that there are many cheaper cruise, but you get what you pay for. So I highly recommend this cruise for those who want to enjoy their vacation in a luxury cruise over Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay at a reasonable price.

My husband and I decided to spend 2 days 1 night with Mon Cheri Cruise. It was unbelievable. The organizer, the staffs are all professional, great and lovely. We were served good services and awesome foods. Both of us are vegetarians. I thought that there were not much choice for us, but more than expected, we enjoy tasty and varied food on the cruise. The staff were always willing to help us, and understand what you like or don’t like. Loved every single moments we had been there. Thank Mr. Lam – customer service person I guess, Mr Nhan– the bartender, Ms. Annie – the waitress, and Ms. Jennie – the tour guide for their help. Thank you!

We had 2 most enjoyable days with overnight cruise. Loved it. We are vegans, so we got fresh vegetarian foods. We were served with many options. The crews were gracious, friendly, and happy. Thank you, Miss Annie, Miss Jenny and Miss Thuy for your hard-working to help us enjoy our days. Mr. Lam (may be the head of the team) always kept everything running smoothly. They are all ensure that tourists like us have wonderful time on the cruise and in Halong Bay. We liked kayaking most. It was fun. We also swam. We did not visit the cave since we preferred to stay on the cruise for massage services. Our cabin was nice and very very comfortable, spacious and clean. Good sleep that night. We woke up in the early morning and did Tai Chi. Cooking class was great too. The chef was funny and gave us a great experiences.

My wife and I were long for an anniversary celebration on a cruise over Halong Bay. It was more perfect than we expected. Without exception, the crews all were so kind and professional from the beginning to the end. They were all willing to help us and make our trip to be more interesting. Perfect decoration in our room. We also were offered a cake for our anniversary. How wonderful it is! It seemed a kind of thoughtful detail. I would like to say thank you to Jenny (the head of the crew) and Nhan our waitress for their help and warm caring. We will never forget this. We highly recommend you to join and try this cruise by yourselves. It’s worth value of money.

This year, we decided to go to Vietnam for annual holiday. The best decision I had made was to join Halong Bay Overnight Cruise with Mon Cheri Cruise. Warmly welcome and best take care during 3 days we stayed on boat. Thank you Ms Jenny for her well-organized to guide us to visit various sites as a family member. The waitress Nhan and the bartenders Tuan were polite and helpful. Thank you. My son were always busy with his magic tricks while Nhan took care of him well. I was also amazed at his performance.
